    Yes, the phD does mean I will have no money for a loooong time, but then I get the job I really want..and a bit of money..eventually. The alternative is to do a bit of teaching first, get a bit of money, then do a phD...I shall see what happens. At least with a phD you get funded to study. With an MSc you get NOWT!!

    I'm teaching a 1st yr class, two 2nd yr classes and an int 1 class - it's tough going!! lol there are quite a few young teachers which is really good :) there is also a number of old crumplies too tho.

    The job is good, and my boss is easing off on the hours now that assignments and rolling in. He's pretty chilled and its a nice place to work, so all in all its good!

    Glasgow or London, eh? Two very good choices. Although London would be a mad place to live. I think I'd get lost and scared in such a massive place! Good business opportunities there, though!

    MSc. is going ok. It's (mostly) very interesting, although I'm being bombarded with stats which isn't great... I'm in uni Mondays and Tuesdays and spending the rest of my time working 5 days a week at a fudge shop on the Royal Mile.

    ...So I'm pretty busy! Life is good though.
